Khanh Hoa Vietnam

Khanh Hoa Sea is considered to be the deepest sea in the country with a coastline spanning over a length of 200 km. With more than 200 islands of various sizes, KhanhHoa Sea adjoins a lot of international marine routes. The fact that its coastline is home to many spectacular bays such as Cam Ranh Bay, Van Phong Bay, NhaTrang Bay makes KhanhHoa one of the most well-known destinations in Vietnam. Besides, its many inland rivers, among which Cai River and Danh River are most famous, also contribute to the province’s reputation in general.

The climate of KhanhHoa is highly tropical. With an average temperature of 26.5oC, the weather is warm all the time in the plain regions. That is why tourism can have a very favorable condition to develop year-long activities and be active thorough every season. KhanhHoa also has a monsoon period with lasts from September to December (4 months in total). However, the area around NhaTrang city has such a privilege to experience the rainy weather for only 2 months a year. Thus, you can tell that tourism is even more popular in NhaTrang. On the other hand, the climate on higher regions such as Hon Ba Mountrain is pretty chilling and dry. If you go there, expect to encounter a type of weather similar to that in Da Lat or Sapa.

The population of KhanhHoa Province is made up of mainly the Kinh ethnic group, but other groups can still be found there in relatively small numbers. They include Ra Glai, Tay, Nung, Muong, and Cham. Among all of these small groups, the Cham has the most prominent culture with distinguishes KhanhHoa from other provinces. One example of this statement is the increasing popularity of Champa Kingdom: an ancient site where many valuable historical constructions still remain today.

The natural and cultural potentials of KhanhHoa have been effectively explored in the last few decades, making the province a tourism magnet. First and foremost, you cannot leave out the majestic natural sites in KhanhHoa such as Cam Ranh Bay (one of the few harbors that have the best condition in the world), Van Phong Bay (an artless, wonderful site with a temperate climate, ideal beaches, and diverse coral reefs, etc.), NhaTrang Bay (an internationally famous sea resort which is ranked as the 29th most beautiful bay in the world) and many other celebrated sand beaches. Tourists can also visit a plethora of historical destinations such as Cham Towers, Bao Dai Palace, Hon Chong, etc.

You can’t talk about Quang Binh if you don’t mention to Phong Nha – Ke Bang landscape, blue Nhat Le Sea, peaceful Le Thuy countryside in sunset and home’s flavor dishes. Climate in Phong Nha – Ke Bang is very fresh, cool thorough years with average temperature about 20 – 24C. It is considered as one of the two largest limestone regions in the world, with 200,000 hectare in area (including 85,754 hectare in core zone and 195,400 hectare in buffer zone). Typical features of this national park are millions- year-old karst tectonics with more than 300 caves and underground river system. Exiting rare hundreds of flora and fauna, including species in the world’s and Vietnam’s Red Book is the main inspiration to tourists and scientists for discovering this land.
Phong Nha – Ke Bang is one of the oldest and largest limestone zones in the national park world. Tourists can not only contemplate pristine and gorgeous beauty of the huge limestone mountain, but also know about many caves as Phong Nha Cave, Tien Son Cave, Vom Cave, and so on. Located at Ke Bang limestone mountain in Son Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh provine  and far Dong Hoi about 50 kilometers toward the Northwest, Phong Nha Cave called “ the most beautiful cave in Vietnam” is shrouded by tropical forests. From Son River, it takes about 30 minutes to take tourists to Phong Nha Cave. In front of the door, seductive river and mountain sights and gorgeous landscapes with endless of interesting images appear to stir people’ imaginary. Cave’s door is trapezium with 20-25 meters of width, 10 meters of height. Boating through cave’s door, sultry feeling of summer in the Central Region, which is effected by Laos wind immediately disappears, the deeper they go, the paler the light is then they completely disappear, a marvelous world appear in front of tourists’ eyes.  Phong Nha is known for unique stocks of rock named after its natural shape as “ Su Tu” ( Lion), “ Ky Lan” ( Unicorn) “ Cung Dinh” ( Royal palace), and so on. Finishing a 19-kilometter underground water of Truong Son range, the river appears in cave’s door with blue in dry seasons and red in rain season. Tourists can find out tectonics of mandolin and stalactite in several out of 14 rooms in cave.

After visiting Phong Nha water cave, commonly, tourists will go to Tien Son dry cave. The name “dry cave” come from the reason that it is not connect to Phong Nha, it is located at 200 meter height comparing with the ceiling of Phong Nha cave. Tien Son cave lasts 800 meters, and also the twin of Phong Nha Cave, a masterppeice of stalactite. It is said that if Phong Nha is a palace in water, Tien Son is described as palace in the heaven. If Son river and Phong Nha cave bring a moving story of monk who saves human bein, Tien Son Cave is romantic love story between a brave boy and beautiful fairy girl who holds precious sword of the Sky. Their love not only tacked with difficulties, obstacle but also is beautiful and faith. This   is reason why many couples go to Tien Son Cave for demonstrating their love for their lover.
Tricking about Quang Binh isn’t only gorgeous caves; this is romantic and gentle white sand beaches.
Nhat Le beach is favored wild style white sand and blue water sea. For a long time, Nhat Le beach is known for immense sky and sea, windy sky, blue water. Nhat Le beach stretches by pure white sand, from off-shore, layers of waves as suds flowers reach nearly seashore and create overflowing sounds forever. Beach is clean as a new mattress, sand is shining in morning sunny, tourists can bike bicycle and play soccer comfortably. When the dark comes, they can contemplate sea beauty, sparkling water mixes with silvered moon, remotely, the light of fishing boats become bright as “ night city” floating on the water surface. Here, you should make use of time to view wild beauty of Nhat Le beach, steep yourself into rolling waves or take the sun.
From dawn to dusk, immense sky and sea area is always eventful with laugh sound of tourists and local people in activities as soccer, volleyball, badminton, and so on. However, Nhat Le also has romantic moment when the sun sets. This is the sound of wave in late afternoon, is talks of lovers, and is hearts of husbands, fathers who are catching fishes offshore towards their families.
Enter Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh, then come through Nhat Le Bridge, turn the right and continue to go straight ahead, tourists will come to Hai Ninh beach. This is wonderful combination of sunshine, wind and sea. Under the morning light, green grasses soaking dew appear in front of the eyes. The white sand seems endless as a white line painted on the blue of sea.
Although, now, Quanh Binh hasn’t yet been the first choice when couples thinks about their honeymoon, certainly, in next time, with plan and development of tourism, Quang Binh is an ideal destination forhoneymoon tour in Vietnam like Nha Trang, and sapa vietnam.
